Job Title- Graphic Designer

Location- Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Excellent understanding of brand codes and visual language
• Researching concepts, designs, reference material, and similar work
• Creative planning and designing all digital requirements which are conversion-first- for META, Google & website
• Reviewing and proofreading designs to ensure that copy, layout, and dimensions
• are correct and also in sync with brand language and tonality.
• Guiding and mentoring junior designers and also working with them in close coordination
• Understanding of META & skills to design performance-first creatives
• Designing creatives that drive RoAS & lead to conversion
• Maintaining the brand's consistency across all platforms

Qualifications and Experience:

• A strong portfolio of design work
• Proficiency in design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects
• The ability to manage multiple design projects at one time
• Bachelor's degree and command over relevant design software
• Experience with an advertising agency, digital/mainline agency or brand's internal design team
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Hands-on with AI & latest tools
