Role Description

We're looking for a creative designer who can transform ideas into visually compelling static and motion content. If you're passionate about design, storytelling, branding, AI-powered creativity, and creating content that grabs attention across digital platforms, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

Design high-quality social media creatives, branding assets, presentations, advertisements, and marketing collateral.

Create engaging motion graphics, animations, explainers, and promotional videos.

Edit videos for social media, YouTube, advertisements, and corporate communication.

Work closely with the creative team to conceptualise and execute campaigns.

Develop visual identities and maintain brand consistency across projects.

Use AI-powered creative tools to improve design quality, productivity, and ideation.

Stay updated with the latest design trends, motion techniques, AI tools, and creative technologies.

Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital campaigns, explainer videos, and brand storytelling.
• Candidates should possess practical experience in Video Production, including collaboration on storyboards, asset preparation, and understanding of timing and transitions.
• Candidates should possess solid capabilities in Graphic Design and Graphics creation for social media, ads, branding, and UI/UX assets.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator; familiarity with other tools is a plus).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both static design and motion work for marketing or brand-focused projects.
• Ability to translate briefs into clear visual concepts, work under deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Relevant education in design, animation, visual communication, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
• Understanding of digital marketing formats and best practices (social media creatives, ad banners, video intros/outros) is beneficial.
• 1–5 years of experience in a creative agency, digital agency, or production house.
