Cricket with Forza is a cricket media company with a straightforward goal: dominate the non-live cricket content space in India through original shows, in-depth analysis, personality-driven podcasts, travel vlogs, and behind-the-scenes content that keeps fans engaged 365 days a year, long after the final ball has been bowled. We're building across YouTube, Instagram, X, Facebook, and Spotify, with a roster of owned content IPs anchored by real cricket personalities: players, commentators, and creators.

Job Summary

We're hiring a Graphic Designer to create high-impact digital creative across social media, video platform packaging (YouTube and beyond), show branding, and campaign assets. This role requires strong design taste, speed, and an understanding of what performs on social.

Key Responsibilities

1) Social & Channel Creative

• Design daily creatives for all active social and digital platforms (posts, carousels, stories, community posts, and platform-native formats).

• Build template systems to ensure speed and consistency across formats.

• Support launches with key art, teasers, series branding, and promotional assets.

2) Video Platform & Growth Packaging

• Design high-CTR thumbnails aligned to show identity and best practices.

• Create title cards, covers, and packaging elements that enhance clarity and click appeal.

3) Brand Consistency & Asset Management

• Maintain design consistency: typography, color palette, grid/spacing, visual hierarchy.

• Organize and manage assets (folders, versions, exports) for efficient cross-team collaboration.

4) Creative Collaboration

• Work with editors and social to ideate new formats and improve performance.

• Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance insights (CTR, saves, shares, retention cues).

Required Skills & Experience

• 3 - 4 years in digital/ media design (sports content preferred).

• Strong portfolio showcasing social creatives + thumbnail/ packaging work.

• Proficiency in Photoshop/ Illustrator/ Figma (or equivalent).

• Strong execution speed without compromising quality or detail.

Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Motion design basics (After Effects)

• Illustration or typography strength

• Familiarity with performance-driven creative iteration
