Graphic Designer

Job Summary :-

we are a drone manufacturing company www.iotechworld.com located in Gurgaon and we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing digital and print creatives, creating engaging motion graphics, editing videos, and developing marketing collateral that aligns with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:-

● Design creative social media posts and carousel creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and other digital platforms.

● Create engaging short-form videos and reels for social media campaigns.

● Develop motion graphics and animations for product promotions, marketing campaigns, and presentations.

● Edit promotional, corporate, and product videos using professional editing software.

● Conduct product photo and video shoots, ensuring high-quality visual content for marketing and branding.

● Design high-converting ad creatives for digital advertising platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn.

● Create and update product brochures, catalogs, datasheets, and marketing collateral.

● Design company profiles, presentations, and corporate communication materials.

● Ensure all creative assets maintain brand consistency across digital and print platforms.

● Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop visually compelling campaigns.

● Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required Skills:-

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). ● Strong understanding of typography, layout design, color theory, and branding.

● Experience in motion graphics and animation.

● Strong video editing skills.

● Basic photography and videography skills, including product shoots.

● Knowledge of social media content formats and advertising creatives.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:-

● Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.

● 4-5 years of relevant experience in graphic design, motion graphics, and video editing.

● A strong portfolio showcasing digital, print, motion graphics, and video editing work.

Preferred Skills:-

● Experience working with B2B, manufacturing, technology, or product-based companies.

● Basic knowledge of UI design and AI-powered design tools is an added advantage.

● Creative thinking with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
