Responsibilities
- Design high quality marketing materials including brochures banners, flyers and social media creatives.
- Create visually appealing property listing, project presentations and brand assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.
- Edit images, enhance property visuals and create engaging digital content.
- Stay updated with design trends and real estate marketing styles.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, photoshop, illustrator, indesign and canva.
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography skills and design skills
- Portfolio of work showcasing creative design work.
