Role & Responsibilities
- Create high-quality visual assets across web, social, email, advertising, and printfrom concept and comps to production-ready files optimized per channel.
- Design and maintain cohesive brand identity systems, templates, and style guides; ensure on-brand execution across campaigns and touchpoints.
- Produce UI assets and design components for product teams; prepare specifications and hand off assets to developers with clear deliverables.
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and growth teams to translate briefs into compelling visuals that meet business goals and KPIs.
- Prepare print-ready files and manage exports/asset versions; optimize images and graphics for performance on web and mobile.
- Iterate quickly based on stakeholder feedback, manage multiple projects, and maintain an organized asset library and design system.
