We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Graphic Designer to support our marketing and communication efforts. The role involves creating visually engaging designs for digital and print platforms while ensuring consistency with the company's brand guidelines and compliance standards of the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, and campaigns
- Coordinate with external vendors for print & design requirements
- Assist in creating marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and emailers
- Assist in designing investor communication material (PMS/AIF decks, reports, infographics)
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to translate briefs into visuals
- Support basic video creatives, reels, or motion graphics (if required)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree / diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in graphic design (freshers with strong portfolios may apply)
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Basic knowledge of social media design formats
- Ability to follow brand guidelines and compliance requirements
- Good time management and communication skills
