Role Overview
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging designs that support brand communication, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms. The role requires a strong sense of visual storytelling, creativity, and attention to detail, while working closely with marketing, social, and content teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create visual assets for digital and offline use including social media creatives, banners, presentations, ads, and collaterals.
- Develop design concepts, layouts, and artworks aligned with brand guidelines and campaign requirements.
- Collaborate with content, social media, and marketing teams to deliver creatives for campaigns and ongoing communication.
- Design creatives for social media platforms, websites, emailers, and digital ads.
- Ensure consistency in brand look, feel, and tone across all design outputs.
- Manage multiple design tasks while meeting timelines and quality standards.
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently.
Skills & Experience
- 24 years of experience in graphic design (agency or brand side).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience designing for digital platforms and social media.
- Basic understanding of motion graphics or video (After Effects/Premiere) is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital and campaign-based work.
