Job Description

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create compelling, brand-consistent visuals across performance marketing and social media for a diverse portfolio of clients.

This is a hands-on design role where your work directly influences how brands are perceived, how ads perform, and how campaigns feel.

You will work closely with the social, performance marketing, content, and client servicing teams to bring briefs to life across paid media, organic social, and brand communication with enough creative ownership to make the work genuinely yours.

Core Responsibilities

Ad Creative Design (Primary)

  • Design thumb-stopping creatives for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Display campaigns
  • Understand creative briefs and translate performance intent into visual executions
  • Design multiple variants for A/B testing with different hooks, CTAs, formats
  • Adapt creatives for various ad formats: Stories, Feeds, Carousels, Banners
  • Work with performance team feedback to iterate and improve creative based on results

Social Media Content

  • Design regular content for client social media channels (posts, carousels, stories)
  • Maintain visual consistency across content calendars
  • Adapt brand guidelines to platform-specific formats and best practices
  • Handle quick-turnaround requests without compromising quality

Branding & Collateral

  • Support brand identity projects like logos, colour palettes, typography systems, and brand guides
  • Design client-facing collateral: presentations, one-pagers, proposals, and campaign reports
  • Ensure all output is consistent with established brand guidelines

What You Are NOT Expected to Do

  • Write copy or content for the designs (you'll work with a copy lead)
  • Handle photography or video production independently
  • Manage client relationships directly

Tools You'll Use

  • Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator (required, daily use)
  • After Effects for basic animations and Reels (nice to have, not a filter)
  • Canva for quick template-based work when needed

What We're Looking For

Required

  • 1–3 years of design experience, preferably in an agency or marketing environment
  • Strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Understanding of design fundamentals like hierarchy, colour, typography, composition
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple briefs simultaneously
  • Eye for what works in digital and social contexts, not just what looks good

Preferred

  • Experience designing for performance/paid media campaigns
  • Basic motion or animation skills (After Effects, Premiere, or similar)
  • Exposure to branding projects, not just executional design
  • Comfort handling quick-turnaround without losing attention to detail

  • Briefs are turned around on time with minimal back-and-forth
  • Ad creatives are campaign-ready with clear visual hierarchy and strong CTAs
  • Client brand consistency is maintained across all touchpoints
  • You've developed a rhythm with the design, performance and content teams
