Graphic Designer

Role overview:

We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our design team. You'll own visual communication across our digital and print channels - from social media campaigns and event branding to UI assets and marketing collateral. If you live and breathe design and want your work seen by hundreds of thousands of users, this role is for you.

What you'll do:

• Design engaging visual content for social media, email campaigns, banners, and landing pages.
• Create and maintain brand identity assets - logos, typography, color systems, and design guidelines.
• Produce graphics for hackathon events, workshops, and partner collaborations, both digital and print-ready.
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to deliver UI/UX assets, presentation decks, and pitch materials.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering on time without compromising quality.
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and A/B testing insights.
• Stay current with design trends and bring fresh ideas to the team regularly.

What we're looking for:

• 0-1 year of professional experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across digital, social, and print formats.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Solid understanding of typography, layout principles, and color theory.
• Ability to translate briefs and brand guidelines into compelling visuals independently.
• Excellent communication skills and receptiveness to feedback.
• Experience designing for a startup, tech platform, or event-driven brand is a plus.
