About the Job:

We are seeking a versatile Graphic Designer with a strong foundation in design principles. This person will bring creativity, precision, and a passion for brand storytelling. While we welcome freshers, candidates must have a solid grounding in the fundamentals of design, from typography to layout, color, and texture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and visual assets for both digital and print media.
• Craft mood boards grounded in real-world research—drawing inspiration from museums, folk art, and cultural artifacts.
• Design across branding, packaging, and marketing collateral.
• Collaborate with teams to align visuals with Gramiyaa's brand vision.
• Be open to AI tools for image generation (a plus!).
• Showcase a deep curiosity and creativity by sharing personal sketchbooks or journals, offering insight into the raw thinking, ideation, and iterative design process—beyond a polished portfolio.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout, and texture.
• Ability to research and build mood boards from real-world inspirations.
• A portfolio that, in addition to final designs, includes personal sketchbooks or journals showing your creative process and ideation.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience in packaging and print design.
• Familiarity with AI image generation tools.
• Interest in expanding into brand-level strategy and beyond graphic design.
