The Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team in Bangalore. Your primary mission will be to design high-quality, modern digital invitation templates for the Invitation Nation platform. When you aren't building templates, you will be supporting our marketing team by creating clean, high-impact social media assets, ad creatives, and promotional materials.
If you have a strong eye for minimalist, geometric, and bold design, and want to build a portfolio of work that thousands of users will see, this is the role for you.
Core Responsibilities
- Template Design (Invitation Nation)
- Design premium, modern digital invitation templates for diverse categories: weddings, corporate events, and school/institutional functions.
- Ensure all designs maintain a clean, high-end aesthetic (we prefer modern, minimalist, and geometric styles over cluttered layouts).
- Export and organize design assets so they can be easily integrated into our frontend software by the development team.
Marketing & Brand Design
- Collaborate with our Digital Growth Marketer to design engaging social media posts, banners, and digital ads to promote both Invitation Nation and our other tech platforms.
- Create visually compelling presentation decks and brochures for our Business Development Executive to use in the field.
AI & Workflow Optimization
- Utilize AI-assisted design tools (like Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.) alongside traditional software to brainstorm, generate assets, and speed up your creative workflow.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: 0–2 years. Freshers with an outstanding portfolio are highly encouraged to apply.
- Tools of the Trade: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and UI/UX tools like Figma.
- Design Sensibility: A strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout spacing. You know how to make a design look expensive using white space and clean lines.
- Tech-Forward: You are open to learning and integrating AI tools into your daily design process.
- Team Player: Ability to take constructive feedback from the founders and marketing team and iterate on designs quickly.
