Founded in 2019, GradRight has offices across Hyderabad, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Delhi and Washington DC. It is led by alumni of IIT Delhi, ISB Hyderabad and BITS Pilani and University of Pennsylvania. Core Responsibilities :

  1. Conceptualize and execute graphic assets like Digital Marketing Ads, Web-Pages, Landing Pages, Social Media Posts and so on in alignment with brand guidelines
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in marketing, product, communications, and brands to research, develop, and execute design ideas for performance, brand development and content marketing related works
  3. Build and refine a design style guide to drive consistency in execution
  4. Learn and share new skills and best practices in design with the team
  5. Come up with novel ways to enhance design quality and make design processes more efficient.

Qualities and skills required:

  1. A strong portfolio showcasing creativity, high-quality designs, and branding work.
  2. 1-3 years experience in working as a Graphic Designer
  3. High level of proficiency with design tools, such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch,Indesign, Premiere Pro, Coreldraw, Design, Figma, or other similar tools.
  4. Knowledge of the latest visual elements, fonts, design techniques, and aesthetics.
  5. Bachelor's Degree in Applied Arts/ Communication Design /Graphic Design will be preferred but is not mandatory.
  6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Good listening, comprehension and engagement skills with multiple stakeholders
  8. Ability to think creatively, conceptualize ideas, and execute high-impact visuals.
  9. Experience in print and digital media with knowledge of design formats for both.
