Job Title: Graphic Designer (Fresher / Entry-Level)

You will work with two fast-growing organizations:

EQTY LYFE A U.S.-based real estate and finance company focused on transforming equity, housing, and financial solutions through data-driven strategies.

Consultixs A financial research and advisory firm specializing in equity markets, strategic insights, and analytics.

Both organizations rely on strong visual communication to build brand identity, improve engagement, and support marketing and business development efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visual designs for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials

Design creatives such as posts, banners, carousels, infographics, and basic motion ideas

Work closely with content, marketing, and business teams to align visuals with messaging

Maintain brand consistency across all design assets

Assist in designing pitch decks, reports, and internal documents

Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery

Organize and manage design files and assets

Candidate Profile:

Creative, detail-oriented, and visually driven

Strong sense of design, layout, and typography

Open to feedback and design iterations

Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Self-motivated and willing to learn new tools and styles

Requirements:

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in graphic design

Strong command of English (basic communication)

Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar

Basic understanding of branding, colors, and typography

Onsite availability in Hyderabad

Preferred (Nice to Have):

Internship or coursework in graphic design, visual communication, or media

Experience designing for social media or digital platforms

Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools

Exposure to finance, real estate, or corporate branding

Compensation & Growth:

Salary: Flat in hand INR 12,500 per month, from 4th month INR 15,000, and based on performance from 6th month INR 17,500

5 months service bond applicable

Full-time onsite role in Hyderabad
