Graphic Designer for tbs

The Bombay Store is hiring for Graphic Designer for its store at Mumbai.

job responsibilities

Graphic Designing (60%):

- Offline marketing creatives: Bus Shelter, Hoardings, Standee, Leaflets Flyers, Catalogues,

Newspaper ads, Customer communications etc

- Online marketing creatives (In absence of agency) Website banners, Ecom image cut outs, Whats

App blast creatives, emailer creatives, Social Media Post/Story/Ads etc

- Admin or Projects related work: Board outs, In store Signages, Store layouts, Facade designs etc

Customer Service (20%):

- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via social media & emails

- Respond to reviews received on Google business listing

- Respond to queries from official What's app number & phone calls

Other tasks (20%)

- Send What's App and Emailer to customers on regular basis

- Keep track of Customer communication and other collaterals and replenish on regular basis

- Assist in inhouse and professional photoshoots

- Manage Social Media Posting Calender
