Position Summary
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually compelling designs that reflect the luxury, excitement, and sophistication of the Della brand. The role requires a strong eye for aesthetics, brand consistency, storytelling, and experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands.
Key Responsibilities
. Design high-quality creatives for digital marketing campaigns, including social media posts, ads, website banners, emailers, and promotional assets.
. Create print collateral such as brochures, standees, event invites, menus, tent cards, signage, and resort branding materials.
. Develop visual concepts for luxury weddings, MICE events, adventure promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
. Work closely with the marketing, content, events, and sales teams to translate campaign objectives into engaging visual communication.
. Maintain and evolve the brand identity guidelines across all customer touchpoints.
. Design presentation decks, pitch proposals, and event mockups for internal and client-facing use.
. Support photoshoot and video teams with storyboards, mood boards, overlays, and graphic elements.
. Collaborate with vendors/printers to ensure accurate execution of printed materials.
. Stay updated with design trends, luxury hospitality aesthetics, and social media best practices.
. Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
. Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
. 2-5 years of relevant design experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury, lifestyle, travel, or events.
. Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro/After Effects is a plus).
. Good understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and composition.
. Experience designing for both digital and print production.
. Knowledge of motion graphics, reels, and short-form social media creatives is preferred.
. Ability to understand brand tone and convert ideas into premium visual storytelling.
. Excellent time management and communication skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
. Prior experience in luxury hospitality, resorts, weddings, nightlife, F&B, or experiential brands.
. Strong portfolio showcasing premium lifestyle or hospitality design work.
. Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for aesthetics.
. Comfortable working on-site in Lonavala and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
