About the Role

We are seeking a highly aesthetic-driven Graphic Designer with an exceptional eye for detail and a strong sense of brand. This role requires someone who can create visually premium, high-quality design across digital and print platforms while understanding how design supports marketing, storytelling, and business goals. The ideal candidate combines creativity with strategic thinking and consistently delivers refined, impactful visuals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end design execution for brand and marketing communication across digital, social media, web, emailers, presentations, and print collateral.
  • Conceptualize and create brand-aligned visuals with strong typography, layout, imagery, and storytelling.
  • Develop, evolve, and maintain brand identity systems including logos, guidelines, and visual standards.
  • Design creatives for social media campaigns, pitch decks, websites, email marketing, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and business teams to translate briefs into compelling visual outputs.
  • Create website wireframes and layouts with a focus on usability, responsiveness, and visual consistency (Figma / AEM).
  • Ensure all design output meets high aesthetic benchmarks, quality standards, and timelines.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistency and attention to detail.
  • Stay updated with design trends, visual styles, and best practices to continuously elevate creative quality.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Exceptional visual design sensibility with a strong portfolio showcasing premium-quality work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Hands-on experience with Figma, WordPress, and AEM (or similar CMS tools).
  • Strong understanding of brand identity, typography, color theory, and layout systems.
  • Experience designing for social media, websites, presentations, and marketing campaigns.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Filmora or similar) is a plus.
  • Ability to balance creative thinking with marketing and business objectives.
  • Excellent time management, collaboration skills, and attention to detail.

Preferred Background

  • Experience working with premium brands, agencies, or large organizations.
  • Exposure to digital marketing, advertising campaigns, and performance-driven creatives.
  • Understanding of social media advertising and content marketing.
  • Educational background in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
