About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Senior Graphic Designer with a marketing focus to join our dynamic team at Compliance Group Inc. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing visually compelling and high-impact marketing materials that drive engagement and conversions within our B2B pharma and SaaS sectors. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail, a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital and motion design, and the ability to translate complex industry concepts into clear, persuasive visuals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on innovative campaigns that influence decision-makers across the healthcare and technology landscapes, either remotely, in Hyderabad, or through a hybrid setup.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing design, particularly within SaaS, pharma, or healthcare sectors. A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of marketing creatives, social media content, and motion graphics is essential. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Figma, and video editing tools is required. Experience with AI-powered design tools is considered a significant advantage. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of performance-driven design principles, including engagement metrics such as CTR and conversions. Excellent communication skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are also vital for success in this role.
