Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Delhi, India. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including social media creatives, pitch decks, marketing collateral, and product interfaces for various portfolio ventures. Responsibilities include developing and refining brand identities, designing logos and visual systems, selecting and pairing typography, and ensuring consistency across all design touchpoints. The role involves collaborating closely with founders, marketing teams, and product managers to translate business goals into clear, engaging visual communication. The Graphic Designer will also manage design files, iterate based on feedback, and maintain high standards of quality and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Graphic Design, with hands-on experience creating marketing and product visuals across digital and print formats.
• Proficiency in Branding and Logo Design, including developing brand guidelines and visual systems for new and evolving ventures.
• Solid understanding of Typography, layout, and composition to create clear, readable, and visually appealing designs.
• Ability to work with Graphics for social media, presentations, websites, and other startup-focused communication materials.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar applications).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking, attention to detail, and experience working with multiple brands or projects.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to incorporate feedback and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in startup or agency environments is an advantage.
