A Day In The Life Of A Mainline-first Graphic Designer:

We're looking for a Mainline-first Graphic Designer who can take an idea and turn it into clean, strong, brand-right communication across print, OOH, and brand collateral. This role needs a person who understands hierarchy, typography, bleed lines, spacing, grids, and how work looks when it becomes real in the world (not just on a screen).

You'll work on key brand moments: campaigns, launches, OOH, press ads, brochures, corporate decks, event collateral, and integrated brand systems. You'll collaborate closely with copy, art, and client servicing to deliver work that looks premium, intentional, and production-ready.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE (FIRST 60–90 DAYS)

• You're owning mainline and print layouts end-to-end with minimal back-and-forth

Here's Your Role Broken Down:

• Creating key visuals for campaigns and brands across social media and OOH, aligned with project briefs

• Developing engaging creatives while maintaining brand consistency and design standards

• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality visuals within timelines

• Using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Here's Your Role Broken Down:

Mainline & Print Design (Core)

• Design OOH creatives (billboards to metro panels to brochures) with strong hierarchy and readability

• Create print layouts: press ads, brochures, flyers, standees, packaging (as needed), event collaterals

Bring a strong final output mindset: legibility from distance, print-safe colors, correct specs

Production-Ready Thinking

• Prepare artwork for print: file hygiene, pre-press readiness, correct sizes, bleeds, margins, safe areas

• Coordinate with vendors/printers (through the team) when needed to ensure output quality

Do You Have These Essentials

• Strong proficiency in graphic design tools

• A good eye for layout, typography, and visual storytelling

• Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines

Big Plus:

• Experience in illustration, motion, animation, 3D rendering, video editing, or photography

• A strong portfolio showcasing your creative work
