Key Responsibilities
1.Creative Design & Visual Storytelling
- Design engaging creatives for digital platforms social media, website, app, email, and WhatsApp.
- Support product launches and campaigns with fresh, impactful visuals.
- Develop brand-consistent graphics, illustrations, and templates.
2.Marketing Collaterals
- Create marketing assets such as banners, posters, presentations, infographics, and event creatives.
- Work closely with marketing teams to bring campaign ideas to life visually.
- Support influencer and partnership campaigns with customized design requirements.
3. Branding & Packaging
- Assist in the design of product packaging and offline marketing materials.
- Ensure all visual communication aligns with Amrutam's brand guidelines and Ayurvedic essence.
4. Collaboration & Innovation
- Collaborate with content, marketing, and product teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.
- Stay updated with design trends, cultural moments, and digital innovations to keep Amrutam's designfresh and aspirational.
- Maintain and manage creative asset libraries for easy team access.
What we are looking for
- Freshers to 3 years of experience in graphic design (internship/project experience also considered).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and/or tools like Figma, Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills, creativity, and storytelling ability.
- Understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory.
- Ability to balance creativity with functionality, ensuring designs drive engagement and conversions.
- Passion for Ayurveda, wellness, and purpose-driven branding is a plus.
Skills
- Must-have familiarity: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva/Figma.
- Good-to-have: After Effects/Premiere Pro for motion graphics, basic video editing, and UI/UX knowledge.
