We are hiring full-time Graphic Designers who will work on design-driven data curation and generation tasks supporting AI training pipelines.

Role Details

• Position: Graphic Designer – Visual Data & AI Operations

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Location: Gurugram (Work from Office)

• Compensation: As per company standards

• Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Work Setup

• Collaborate with Quality Leads & AI Ops teams

• Mandatory participation in training, calibration, and review sessions

Role Objective

Work on projects involving design-driven dataset creation for LLM post-training

Contribute to structured tasks such as:

• Data Curation: Identifying, evaluating, and selecting high-quality datasets across domains (tech, science, finance, etc.)
• Data Generation: Designing and creating original, high-quality datasets based on given topics and guidelines
• Assessing datasets for visual hierarchy, readability, design quality, and informational clarity
• Performing quality validation checks (resolution, typography, layout, aspect ratios)
• Filtering out invalid formats (e.g., posters, ads, slides, memes)
• • Receive continuous guidance and structured feedback from Quality Reviewers

Technical Exposure

• Working with visual data pipelines and dataset creation workflows used in AI training

• Practical exposure to information design principles (layout, hierarchy, color theory, typography)

• Understanding evaluation frameworks and quality rating systems (benchmarking, scoring)

• Handling structured and unstructured visual data

• Applying analytical thinking and design judgment to improve dataset quality

Technical Requirements

• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Suite, Figma, Canva, or similar platforms

• Strong understanding of graphic design, visual storytelling, or data visualization

• Good command of written and verbal English

• Strong attention to detail and quality

Expectations

• Ability to both analyze and create design datasets as per defined quality standards

• Flexibility for extended hours/weekend work if required

• Maintain high standards of accuracy, visual quality, and guideline adherence (SLAs/KPIs)

• Ability to work in a detail-oriented, fast-paced, and metrics-driven environment

• Ensure all curated and generated outputs meet strict design quality benchmarks (readability, resolution, structured information)

Interview Process

• Assessment (Adobe Task): Candidates will be required to create/design based on provided guidelines using Adobe tools in the office

Shortlisted candidates may go through further evaluation rounds before final selection.
