Textile / Graphic designer

The label is committed to preserving traditional Indian arts and crafts, working closely with skilled artisans from across the country.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Textile / Graphic Designer role based in Noida. The designer will develop original textile prints, surface patterns, and placement graphics that align with the brand's aesthetic and seasonal collections. Responsibilities include conceptualizing and executing print and embroidery layouts, creating digital artwork for textiles, and collaborating with the design team on mood boards, color stories, and collection themes. The role involves preparing production-ready files, coordinating closely with artisans, sampling units, and vendors to ensure accurate execution of designs, and refining artwork based on feedback. The designer will also support brand visuals by creating graphics for lookbooks, social media, and basic marketing collateral as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong Graphic Design skills, including Graphics and Graphic Design for print and digital applications.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding to support cohesive brand identity across collections and collateral.
• Good sense of Typography for labels, packaging, and visual communication materials.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, or similar).
• Background in Textile Design, Fashion Communication, or related field; degree or diploma preferred.
• Understanding of textile processes, print techniques, and surface ornamentation (e.g., embroidery, appliqué) is highly desirable.
• Strong drawing and illustration abilities, with attention to detail, color, and composition.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines in a fast-paced studio, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and artisans.
