Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house design team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing a wide range of creative assets that support brand marketing, merchant acquisition, and customer engagement initiatives.

This role requires a strong understanding of digital and print media, an eye for detail, and a passion for food, culture, and visual storytelling. A willingness to work in a startup environment, take on new challenges, and contribute to building a brand from the ground up will be a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design digital assets for marketing campaigns, including banners, social media creatives, emailers, and performance ads
• Develop visual content for merchant onboarding and training materials
• Support the sales and merchant acquisition teams with customized pitch decks, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Ensure brand consistency across all design touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to deliver high-impact visuals
• Maintain and manage a library of design assets and templates
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, , InDesign, etc)
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative and innovative design thinking
• Good understanding of colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to take feedback and iterate quickly
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• 23 years of professional experience in a creative/design role
• Prior experience in a fast-paced startup or tech-driven environment is a bonus
• Understanding of the food & beverage or retail sector is an added advantage
