Graphic Designer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer to create visually engaging designs for Venture Smarter's website, social media, email campaigns, presentations, and other marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design logos, icons, illustrations, infographics, and animations
• Apply and maintain the company's visual identity and style guidelines
• Collaborate with marketing, creative, product, and development teams to meet project objectives
• Design user interfaces and user experiences for digital solutions, ensuring usability and accessibility
• Research and incorporate the latest graphic design trends, techniques, and tools
• Manage, organize, and optimize graphic assets for web and print

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in marketing or digital agency
• Portfolio demonstrating creativity, originality, and versatility
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other graphic design software
• Familiarity with web design principles and tools (HTML, CSS, WordPress, Sketch)
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to meet deadlines
