We're Hiring: Graphic Designer

Job type: Full-Time | On-site (No remote or freelance options)

Salary range: 4-5 LPA

Dring is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. If you live and breathe design, have a sharp eye for aesthetics, and know your way around Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

• Create engaging graphics for social media posts, reels covers, and stories.
• Design statics, carousels, and other assets for ad campaigns.
• Be part of the game-making process: designing cards, packaging, and other cool brand assets.
• Brainstorm fresh, original concepts that match Dring's playful yet bold brand voice.
• Maintain visual consistency across all brand creatives.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design (or related field).
• 12 years of experience in graphic design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition.
• Detail-oriented, communicative, and a self-starter with a collaborative spirit.
• Must have a personal laptop with required software installed.
• Portfolio is mandatory.
