Role Description

Content Creation & Visual Storytelling: Design high-quality creatives for films, OTT shows, music, and entertainment brandsensuring visuals are engaging, relevant, and culturally in sync.

Campaign & Key Visual Development: Create key visuals, posters, and campaign assets that can scale across digital platforms and drive buzz around launches.

Platform-First Design Thinking: Adapt designs for social media formats (reels covers, carousels, stories, thumbnails), keeping platform behaviour and audience in mind.

Trend & Aesthetic Awareness: Stay updated with design trends, pop culture, and entertainment aesthetics to keep content fresh and impactful.

Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with social media managers, copywriters, and video editors to bring ideas to life seamlessly.

Speed, Adaptability & Ownership: Deliver high-quality work within tight timelines, adapt quickly to feedback, and take ownership of end-to-end design execution.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Graphics and Graphic Design
  • Solid understanding of Typography
  • Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and industry-standard tools
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a portfolio showcasing diverse design projects
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
  • Degree or certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
  • Knowledge of current design trends and experience in digital marketing is a plus
