Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual designs, including graphics, logos, and branding materials, while ensuring brand consistency across various platforms. This role also involves working closely with the marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute visually compelling designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creatives for social media, digital campaigns, websites, and offline marketing materials
• Create high-quality designs using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Develop educational and brand-aligned visuals for promotions, events, and campaigns
• Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to understand design requirements
• Ensure brand consistency across all creative assets
• Assist with basic video editing tasks when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in graphic designing
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
• Good understanding of design principles, typography, and colour theory
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and creativity

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in the education or academic sector
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar)
• Experience creating content for schools, colleges, or ed-tech brands
