About the Role
Cygnus Advertising (India) Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a detail-driven Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in corporate reporting design.
If you specialize in transforming complex corporate content into visually compelling reports — especially Annual Reports, ESG & Sustainability Reports, and Investor Presentations — we'd love to meet you.
This is not a social media design role.
This is about structured layouts, strong typography, and corporate storytelling.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and layout of:
- Annual Reports
- ESG & Sustainability Reports
- Impact Reports
- Investor Decks
- Design high-impact non-statutory sections:
- CEO & Chairperson Messages
- Vision & Strategy Pages
- Business Highlights & Timelines
- Case Studies & Storytelling Spreads
- Create brand-aligned:
- Infographics
- Icons
- Data visualizations
- Collaborate with content, editorial, and corporate communication teams
- Ensure print-ready and digital-optimized files
- Maintain strict brand and formatting consistency
Required Skills
Mandatory:
- Adobe InDesign (Advanced)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Strong typography & layout skills
- Experience in long-document formatting (100+ pages preferred)
Preferred:
- Adobe Illustrator
- PowerPoint (for investor decks)
- Understanding of ESG & sustainability reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Graphic Design, Publishing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience (agency or corporate reporting preferred)
- Portfolio with corporate report samples is mandatory (applications without relevant portfolio will not be considered)
