Graphic Designer & Digital Marketing Trainer

This is a full-time on-site role in Anaikatti, Coimbatore. We are looking for a Graphic Designer &Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver practical, hands-on graphic designing & digital marketing training to students at Anaikatti Rural Community College (ARCC) while simultaneously managing and executing the organisation's digital marketing initiatives. The trainer will design and deliver digital marketing courses, covering areas such as Content writing, Content Creation, Brand positioning, social media management, online advertising, and marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Classroom Delivery

·      Mentor students in content creation and campaign strategy

·      Conduct structured digital marketing sessions for students

·      Deliver live demonstrations of tools, platforms, and campaign setups

·      Demonstrate Meta Ads / Google Ads setup

·      Assign and evaluate practical exercises

Digital Marketing Execution

·      Manage the organisation's social media platforms

·      Create and publish posts, reels, and basic creatives

Required Skills

·      Content writing and copywriting ability

·      Strong understanding of Social Media Marketing

·      Working knowledge of SEO and digital campaign fundamentals

·      Proficiency in designing tools (Photoshop, Canva)

·      Clear communication and presentation skills

·      Hands-on experience managing social media pages
