Graphic Designer

Experience: 24 years preferred

We are seeking a talented and imaginative Graphic Designer to join our Marketing and Content Creation team. The ideal candidate has a strong aesthetic sense, a deep understanding of design trends (especially in the Indian context), and can bring ideas to life across digital and print platforms. You will play a key role in creating visual content that captures attention and drives engagement across campaigns, social media, advertising, and branding.

Key Skills

Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

Experienced in AI tools for image and video generation such as Nano Banana, Seedance, Kling, Veo, and other generative AI platforms.

Strong understanding of social media design trends and high-engagement poster creation.

Ability to design social media ad creatives for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and digital marketing campaigns.

Experience creating promotional posters, carousel creatives, and campaign visuals for brand marketing.

Skilled in traditional print design including brochures, flyers, banners, and marketing materials.

Knowledge of print-ready file setup and pre-press preparation.

Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and brand consistency.

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, or a related field

24 years of professional experience in graphic design (experience in a marketing/content team is a plus)

Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, and Canva

Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a bonus

Strong visual storytelling skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics

Ability to interpret briefs, take feedback constructively, and deliver within timelines

Familiarity with Indian culture, trends, and visual sensibilities

Experience in designing for regional and multilingual audiences

Understanding of UI/UX design basics

Experience working with influencers, brand campaigns, or product launches
