Role Overview

This is a full time opportunity, on-site for a Graphic Designer at Decode Mediacom, Ahmedabad candidates only.We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer who can translate ideas into visually striking designs that resonate with our clients audiences. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be a team player who stays updated with the latest design trends and tools.

Key Responsibility

• Develop innovative designs for digital platforms, including social media creatives, ads, infographics, and web graphics.
• Work closely with the content and marketing teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
• Create brand-aligned visual assets that enhance storytelling and engagement.
• Adapt designs for different platforms while maintaining consistency in brand identity.
• Support video production teams with motion graphics and visual elements when needed.
• Continuously research new design techniques, software, and industry trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 1+ year of professional design experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW. Knowledge of After Effects is a plus.
• Strong creative portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under deadlines.
