Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality creatives for digital platforms, including social media, websites, ads, emailers, and presentations.

  • Develop brand guidelines, infographics, and marketing materials.

  • Generate concept drafts, graphics, stories, and assets using AI tools/features.

  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver visually compelling assets.

  • Work on UI/UX design elements for web and mobile interfaces.

  • Create visual storyboards and layouts for videos and motion graphics.

  • Creative prompt crafting and iterative refinement for generating high-quality images, textures, or layouts for social, web, and campaigns.

  • Ensure consistency in design across websites, presentations, social media handles, and all other channels and maintain brand aesthetics.

  • Manage multiple design projects under tight deadlines.



Requirements

Requirements:

  • Ability to translate technical concepts and information into creative ideas like banners, infographics, post graphics, memes, GIFs, and more.

  • Proficiency in Canva, Figma, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc).

  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles, color theory & psychology, typography , accessibility needs, layout, and design best practices.

  • Ability to take ownership of design projects from concept to execution.

  • Apply a mobile-first design mindset for responsive experiences and develop scalable and reusable design components.

  • Create wireframes, interfaces, and micro-interactions using Figma.

  • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and technical skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to take feedback constructively.

  • Good time management, responsiveness, and organizational skills.


Good to Have:

  • Proficiency in CorelDRAW including 3D mockups.

  • Experience in motion graphics or video editing - worked on video storyboarding, AI scene generation, transitions, and branded intros/outros for campaigns, reels, promotional content, presentations, and training content.

  • Awareness of React framework principles to better align design handoffs with front-end implementation

  • Experience working in fast-paced/startup environments.
