Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

  • Create engaging visual assets including social media creatives, infographics, brochures, posters, and presentations.
  • Assist in developing brand-consistent layouts, templates, and collaterals.
  • Edit and optimize images, videos, and other digital content for online use.
  • Collaborate with senior team to refine creative concepts.

Digital Marketing

  • Support execution of digital campaigns across social media, email, and web platforms.
  • Manage and update social media accounts with creative posts and stories.
  • Assist in SEO-friendly content creation and website updates.
  • Track campaign performance metrics and prepare basic reports.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and tools.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Digital Media, or related field.

Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (basic knowledge of video editing tools is a plus).
  • Familiarity with digital marketing platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads.
  • Basic understanding of SEO, content promotion, and analytics tools.
  • Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Experience

  • 12 years of experience in graphic design and/or digital marketing (internship or project experience acceptable).

Other Requirements

  • Passion for design and digital media.
