Technical & Creative

• Own the design and production of presentations for pitches, business development, internal meetings, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Create visually compelling presentations, RFIs, credentials, brochures, leave-behinds, event collaterals, and marketing assets.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all internal and external communications.
• Translate complex ideas, strategies, and data into clear, engaging visual stories and data visualizations.
• Design presentation templates, slide masters, animations, and multimedia content (video embedding) across platforms.
• Deliver designs aligned with the creative vision set by the Art Director and Product Owner.
• Maintain and manage presentation resources, templates, and information systems.
• Consult on visual flow, storytelling, and content structure to enhance presentation impact.

Operational & Collaboration

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Producers, Designers, and other stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects independently while meeting tight and frequent deadlines.
• Coordinate with global teams and studios to share best practices and adopt new presentation technologies.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and clients to interpret and implement design feedback.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and creative software

Required Skills & Experience

• 25 years of experience in presentation and graphic design within a creative or agency environment.
• Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint; strong proficiency in Keynote and Google Slides.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD).
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, branding, and design theory.
• Experience creating data visualizations and presentation-ready visual assets.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work with global teams.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to prioritize multiple projects.
• Good understanding of the relationship between content, design, and technology.
• Exposure to SharePoint and MS Teams is a plus.
