Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a minimum of 1 year of experience to support our marketing and business development efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong creative instincts, a solid portfolio demonstrating a flair for illustrative design and typography, and hands-on experience across digital and designing platforms. Experience in real estate, architecture, or lifestyle/luxury brand design is a strong plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design high-quality PowerPoint decks and visual presentations for client pitches, property listings, and business proposals
• Create marketing collateral including brochures, property flyers, and social media creatives
• Develop branding assets and maintain visual consistency across all company communications
• Assist in video and motion design projects using Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Use AI-based tools/models for image and video generation as per project needs
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and reflect the premium positioning of the firm

Skills Required

• Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic design, preferably in real estate, architecture, luxury, or lifestyle brands
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Familiarity with AI tools for creative generation (images/videos)
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creative problem-solving
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree/diploma in Any Field
