Role Overview

We are looking for aGraphic Design & Content Specialistwho can visually bring real estate stories to life. This role sits at the intersection ofdesign, branding, and content creation, playing a key role in shaping how Floor.Estate and its projects are seen across digital and offline platforms.

If you love clean aesthetics, storytelling through visuals, and creating content that sellswithout selling, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Design creative assets for real estate projects:

social media creatives, brochures, pitch decks, hoardings, ads, presentations, and marketing collaterals

• Create engaging content (visual + written) for Floor.Estate and its project portfolios
• Maintain and evolve brand identity across all platforms
• Conceptualize campaigns for project launches, site visits, and digital promotions
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align visuals with business goals
• Adapt creatives for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, website, print)
• Assist with basic video content, reels, walkthrough creatives, and motion graphics
• Stay updated with design trends, real estate marketing styles, and content formats

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong proficiency inAdobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign(Figma is a plus)
• Good understanding of typography, layouts, color palettes, and visual storytelling
• Strong content sensecaptions, headlines, and narrative flow
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail with a creative, solution-oriented mindset

Preferred Skills

• Experience inreal estate, architecture, interior design, or lifestyle brands
• Basic video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.)
• Understanding of social media algorithms and content performance
• Photography or visual direction skills
