Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate briefs and brand guidelines into clear visual outcomes.
  • Create social media posts, brand collaterals, and campaign creatives.
  • Create branding (logos, icons, brand patterns, layouts) and packaging design by creating mockups and visual concepts.
  • Apply strong fundamentals of layout, typography, and colour theory.
  • Use AI tools for advanced ideation, reference generation, and production efficiency.
  • Ensure error-free, clean, and consistent design output.
  • Work closely with Senior Designers, Art Directors, and Copywriters.
  • Implement feedback effectively and improve creative skills continuously.
  • Manage working files, maintain design hygiene, and follow internal processes.
  • Deliver tasks on time and proactively update the team on progress.
  • Participate in production tasks and develop moodboards for visual guidance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in fine arts, Visual Communication, or any relevant creative design field.
  • 0.62 years of experience in a creative agency or design studio (internship experience included).
  • A portfolio that demonstrates strong design fundamentals and creative potential across branding and social media.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; basic working knowledge of CorelDRAW is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools such as Midjourney, Photoshop AI etc.
  • Understanding of digital formats, social media asset dimensions, and basic print/production requirements.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of layouting, typography, colour theory, and visual communication principles.
