Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and motivated UI/UX & Graphic Designer with 12 years of experience to design engaging digital experiences and high-quality visual content. The candidate will play a key role in improving our website usability, strengthening our brand identity, and supporting marketing and product initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
UI/UX Design
- Design user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Improve user experience based on feedback and performance data.
- Ensure responsive and consistent design across devices.
Graphic Design
- Design creatives for social media, ads, banners, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Create branding materials such as brochures, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Maintain visual consistency as per brand guidelines.
Collaboration
- Work with developers, marketers, and product teams to deliver effective design solutions.
- Participate in design reviews and sprint planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12 years of professional experience in UI/UX and graphic design.
- Strong portfolio with web/app UI and graphic design samples.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- Understanding of responsive and mobile-first design.
- Basic understanding of UX research and usability testing.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work from the Jaipur office.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Experience in EdTech or digital platforms.
- Knowledge of design systems.
- Basic motion graphics/animation skills.
- Understanding of conversion optimization.
