Job Description

We are seeking a talented and creative Amazon Graphic Designer to join our team. In this

role, you will be responsible for designing high-converting listing images, A+ content,

Brand Store pages, and product videos for Amazon sellers.

Your work will directly impact customer engagement, CTR, conversion rates, and overall

brand growth on Amazon.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

● Design visually compelling Amazon listing images that highlight product features,

benefits, and differentiation.

● Create A+ Content (Basic & Premium) using engaging visuals, infographics, and

structured storytelling.

● Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across listing images, A+

content, Brand Store pages, and video creatives.

● Design and optimize Amazon Brand Store pages with strong UX and visual

storytelling.

● Create and edit Amazon product videos, including:

○ Product demo videos

○ Feature highlight videos

○ Lifestyle videos

○ Short promotional videos for ads (Sponsored Brand Video / PDP videos)

● Collaborate with Advertising, Marketing, and Seller Central teams to align

creatives (images + videos) with campaign strategies.

● Conduct competitor research and trend analysis for both images and video

creatives.

● Create high-quality visual assets including:

○ Product images

○ Lifestyle creatives

○ Infographics

○ Banners & icons

○ Short-form video content

● Optimize all creatives for mobile-first experience and Amazon placements (search,

PDP, Brand Store, ads).

● Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CVR, engagement) and suggest improvements

for both images and videos.

● Stay updated with Amazon guidelines, policies, and creative best practices.

● Support seasonal campaigns, launches, and promotional creatives (images +

videos).

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Graphic Designer / Visual Designer, preferably in Amazon or

eCommerce domain.

● Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in designing listing images, A+ content,

and Product or promotional videos.

● Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and

Video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar)

● Solid understanding of Amazon's guidelines and requirements for listing images, A+

content, and Basic video storytelling & editing techniques.

● Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

● Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles.

● Ability to conceptualize and translate complex ideas into clear, engaging visuals.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with

cross-functional teams.

● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a

fast-paced environment.

● Up-to-date with latest design and video trends.

● Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field

(preferred).

Nice to Have:

● Experience working with Amazon agencies or sellers

● Understanding of CTR, CVR, and performance-driven creatives

● Experience in motion graphics / animation

● Knowledge of Amazon Sponsored Brand Video (SBV) creatives

Please note that we do not provide cab facilities. However, for women employees, we have a separate arrangement to ensure their safety. They will log off from the office at 9 PM, commute home, and continue working from there until the end of their shift.
