Every brand has a look. Ours just hasn't met its designer yet.
At CodeEdgeTech, visuals aren't an afterthought - they're half the message. We need a Graphic Designer who gets that, and who can show up every single day ready to make things look sharp. Thumbnails, banners, ads, social creatives, decks - the works. If you're the kind of person who notices bad kerning in the wild and can't help yourself, you're going to fit right in.
This is a full-time, in the thick of it role. You'll be the visual backbone of everything we put out. That's a big deal - and we treat it like one.
What you'll actually be doing:
- Designing creatives daily - social media posts, thumbnails, banners, ads, and everything in between
- Owning the visual identity across all platforms and keeping it ruthlessly consistent
- Collaborating with the video and content team to make sure everything looks like it belongs together
- Building out templates, brand assets, and design systems that the whole team can actually use
- Turning briefs, sometimes vague ones, into visuals that hit
- Moving fast without sacrificing quality (yes, both)
You're probably a fit if:
- You have 13 years of design experience - brand, digital, social, or agency background all welcome
- Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) are your natural habitat
- You have a strong eye for typography, layout, and colour and you can explain your design decisions without waffling
- You've designed for social media before and know the difference between what looks good in a mockup and what actually performs
- You can handle multiple briefs at once without everything falling apart
- Your portfolio has range - not just pretty stuff, but work that solved a real problem
Bonus points if you:
- Have experience designing for tech or SaaS brands
- Can put together a basic motion graphic or animated story in After Effects or even Canva (we won't judge)
- Understand performance creative what makes an ad creative actually convert, not just look nice
- Have worked in a fast-moving startup or content-first team before and didn't hate it
What we offer:
- A role where your work goes live constantly and is not sitting in a review cycle for three weeks
- Real ownership over the brand's visual language you'll shape it, not just execute it
- A tight-knit creative team that actually values design (we're not the team that asks you to just make it pop)
