Job Summary : The Graphic Designer will lead the visual design function for Cedar Management Consulting International, producing engaging digital, print, and event-related designs that strengthen the firm's brand and communication. Working within the marketing team, the role involves creating assets for presentations, campaigns, social media, reports, and web platforms using modern design and AI tools. The ideal candidate combines creativity, precision, and efficiency, working across teams to deliver consistent, high-quality visual output.

Key Responsibilities :

• Branding & Visual Identity: Maintain and evolve Cedar's brand identity, ensuring consistent design language across all channels.
• Marketing Collateral Design: Create impactful brochures, whitepapers, event invites, email templates, social media graphics, and digital banners.
• Digital & Web Assets: Design website and campaign visuals, including responsive and interactive formats, in collaboration with content and web teams.
• Event & Presentation Materials: Develop visually engaging presentations, event backdrops, signage, and digital displays.
• Creative Direction: Conceptualize new design ideas and visual themes aligned with marketing and business goals.
• Design Tools & Systems: Use Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and AI-assisted tools like Canva Pro, Midjourney, Runway, and DALL·E to accelerate creative output.
• Video & Motion Graphics: Edit short videos, reels, and animations using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
• Vendor Coordination: Work with production vendors to ensure accurate execution of print and event designs.
• Project & Workflow Management: Handle multiple design requests efficiently and deliver on time

Qualifications and Relevant Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related discipline.
• 6+ years of experience in a design role, preferably in a consulting, B2B, or professional services setting.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing software.
• Working knowledge of AI design tools such as Mid journey, Runway, DALL·E, and Canva Pro.
• Strong portfolio covering digital, print, and motion design.
• Skilled in presentation design for business and executive audiences.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail, and communication skills.
