Position Overview
We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our Marketing & Brand team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing compelling visual communication across digital, print, social media, events, real estate marketing, hospitality promotions, and corporate branding initiatives.
The candidate should possess a strong understanding of luxury branding, visual storytelling, typography, layout design, and creative execution that reflects Della's premium positioning.
Key Responsibilities
. Design marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, presentations, advertisements, hoardings, and sales materials.
. Create engaging digital assets for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and performance marketing.
. Develop branding and visual identity elements for township launches, hospitality projects, events, and experiential campaigns.
. Collaborate with marketing, content, architecture, hospitality, and business teams to conceptualize creative campaigns.
. Ensure consistency in brand guidelines across all communication channels.
. Design high-impact presentations for investors, partners, customers, and leadership teams.
. Support video teams with graphic elements, motion graphics, and creative assets.
. Stay updated on design trends, luxury branding, AI design tools, and emerging creative technologies.
. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Job Expectations:

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education
. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or related field.
Experience
. 3-6 years of professional graphic design experience.
. Experience in real estate, luxury brands, hospitality, lifestyle, architecture, or advertising agencies preferred.
Technical Skills
. Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
. Figma.
. Canva Pro.
. After Effects/Premiere Pro (preferred).
. Basic understanding of AI-powered design tools.
