Job Description

We are looking for a creative, detail-driven Graphic Designer (Content Creator) with a strong visual sensibility and hands-on execution skills. The role involves creating compelling brand, marketing, and sales creatives across digital, print, and on-ground platforms. The ideal candidate will actively participate in market visits, outlet visits, and brand events to gain real-world insights and translate them into impactful, consumer-relevant creatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creative Design & Content Creation -Design high-quality creatives for digital platforms, social media, websites, print collaterals, POSM, presentations, and brand campaigns.
  • Brand Consistency -Ensure all creatives align with the brand guidelines, tone of voice, and visual identity across brands and platform.
  • Market & Outlet Visits - Conduct regular market, on-trade, and off-trade outlet visits to understand product visibility, competitor presence, and consumer touchpoints. Use insights to create more relevant and effective creatives.
  • Event & Activation Support - Visit brand events, activations, tastings, and launches to capture on-ground content, creative inspiration, and real-time visuals for post-event communication.
  • Marketing & Sales Support - Create sales decks, trade marketing creatives, distributor communication material, and promotional assets to support business objectives.
  • Video & Motion Graphics -Develop short videos, reels, motion creatives, and basic animations for digital and social media platforms.
  • Collaboration & Coordination -Work closely with marketing, sales, agencies, printers, and external vendors to execute creatives efficiently.
  • Creative Adaptations - Adapt master creatives into multiple formats and sizes for different platforms, states, and campaign requirements.
  • Trend & Market Awareness - Stay updated on design trends, alcobev marketing styles, digital formats, and consumer engagement trends.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
  • Strong working knowledge of Canva
  • Excellent understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, layouts, and visual hierarchy
  • Ability to translate on-ground insights into compelling visual stories
  • Strong sense of aesthetics with attention to detail
  • Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight timelines

Experience in UI/UX, website design, and motion graphics will be an added advantage

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field

3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design/content creation
