About the Role:
We're looking for acreative and versatile Graphic Designerwho can turn ideas into powerful visuals across digital, print, and social media platforms. You should be equally comfortable brainstorming campaign concepts and executing them flawlessly with design tools. A flair for packaging design and familiarity with AI-assisted tools will make you stand out.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ideate and design creative concepts for digital, print, and social media campaigns.
- Develop layouts and graphics for brand communication and advertisements.
- Design or adaptpackaging artwork (labels, sleeves, boxes), including dielines and print-ready files, and provide basic coordination with printers as needed.
- Produce visually consistent designs aligned with brand guidelines.
- Adapt designs for multiple formats from web and mobile to brochures, posters, and packaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to conceptualise and execute campaigns.
- Keep up with design trends, social media aesthetics, and emerging AI tools for creative production.
Skills and experience
- 24 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with exposure tosmall businesses or startupswhere one designer handles end-to-end work.
- Strong working knowledge ofAdobe PhotoshopandIllustrator;CorelDRAW (CDR)experience is a strong plus, especially for print and packaging.
- Practical familiarity withAI-based design tools(e.g., generative fill in Photoshop, or external AI tools for references and assets) and willingness to learn more.
- Demonstrated work inpackaging designin your portfolio (even a few solid projects are enough), showing understanding of structure, hierarchy, and print limitations.
