Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru East. The Graphic Designer will create visual assets for digital and print channels, including campaign creatives, social media graphics, website banners, lookbooks, and in-store collateral. The role involves developing and maintaining brand visual identity, collaborating with marketing and product teams on concepts, and translating brand guidelines into consistent design across touchpoints. The Graphic Designer will work on logo and icon creation, typography-led layouts, and packaging, while preparing production-ready files and coordinating with printers or vendors as needed. The individual will also contribute to photoshoot art direction, basic image editing, and ensure all design outputs align with Brummell's premium and understated aesthetic.
Qualifications

• Strong visual design skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing apparel, fashion, or lifestyle work.
• Experience in Logo Design and Branding, including developing and maintaining cohesive brand identities.
• Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to create clear, balanced, and expressive type-led layouts.
• Advanced skills in industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Figma or similar tools).
• Understanding of digital and print production processes, file formats, and color management.
• Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru East, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Interest in fashion, menswear, and contemporary brand storytelling; prior experience in apparel or retail is an advantage.
