Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Bengaluru. The Motion Graphic Designer will create dynamic motion graphics and visual assets for digital campaigns, social media, video content, and brand communication. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing ideas with the creative and strategy teams, storyboarding, designing graphics, animating elements, and preparing assets for video production. The role involves collaborating closely with content and marketing teams to ensure visual output aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives, while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, agency environment. The Motion Graphic Designer will also contribute to continuous improvement of visual standards, experiment with new styles and formats, and stay up to date with industry trends and tools.

Qualifications

• Strong motion-focused skills, including Motion Design and Motion Graphics, with the ability to translate concepts into engaging animated content.
• Experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing assets for various digital formats and platforms.
• Solid foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with a good sense of layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related software).
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt designs based on feedback and campaign requirements.
• Strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics and digital design work, preferably for brands or agencies.
• Attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred.
