We're Hiring: Graphic Designer (Social-First)

Brownie Media is expanding, and we're looking for a graphic designer to join the team in a role built specifically around social media. This is not a branding position, you'll be designing content engineered to perform on feed.

The Role

You'll be creating high-converting carousels and statics across a portfolio of brands, working closely with strategy and content teams to translate ideas into design that earns attention and drives action. AI image generation will be a core part of your workflow, not an occasional tool.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing carousels and statics built for engagement, retention, and conversion
• Working across multiple brands, formats, and content styles
• Leveraging AI image generation as a primary creative tool
• Collaborating with content and strategy to shape ideas from brief to publish

What we're looking for:

• 2 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, ideally with a social-first focus
• Strong command of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• A genuine understanding of how social content performs. Carousel architecture, hook design, scroll-stopping visual hierarchy, and the role design plays in making the message land
• Hands-on proficiency with AI image generation tools. This is non-negotiable, as it sits at the centre of how we produce work
• A portfolio that demonstrates social-first thinking, not repurposed brand decks

• You understand why some carousels work and others get scrolled past. You're as comfortable defending a design decision as you are iterating on feedback.
