We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Jewelry Retoucher to join our creative team in Surat, India (relocation is available). This role involves enhancing high-quality images and videos of fine jewelry and human models, including skin retouching and other refinements to achieve flawless, luxurious visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retouch and enhance photos and videos of jewelry, ensuring flawless representation of details, textures, and colors.
- Retouch human models in images and videos, focusing on skin, hair, and other elements to achieve polished results.
- Maintain a consistent style and quality across all assets, aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and the marketing team to meet creative objectives.
- Ensure timely delivery of retouched files for campaigns, e-commerce, and other marketing materials.
- Stay updated with trends and techniques in jewelry and portrait retouching.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
- 2+ years of experience with product photography retouching for e-commerce
- Strong understanding of retouching techniques for skin and jewelry, including color correction, blemish removal, and lighting adjustments.
- Experience in retouching videos (highly desirable).
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant retouching work (including jewelry and skin retouching).
- Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of color grading for videos.
- Willingness to work on-site at our Surat, Gujarat location. (Relocation package is available)
Compensation:
INR 40,000 per month (gross) plus up to INR 20,000 monthly performance bonus (if earned)
