Role Description
We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer for a full-time, on-site position located in the Pune Division. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating compelling visual content, designing innovative graphics, developing brand identities, and delivering effective, high-quality designs. Day-to-day tasks include designing logos, implementing branding strategies, working with typography, and contributing to the overall visual aesthetic of BDTC's marketing and training materials. The ideal candidate will collaborate across teams to ensure an impactful visual representation of our mission and values.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Graphics, Graphic Design, and creative visual solutions
- Experience with Logo Design, Branding, and developing cohesive visual identities
- Skills in Typography and layout design
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency with graphic design tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in creating visuals for professional training materials is a plus
